Hello, my name is Rita Bardiqi and I’m 16 years old. My favorite activity at Camp Global was action planning. It stood out to me because we worked together, select the most promising idea and then broke it down into steps. Additionally, we had the opportunity to present our ideas to other groups which helped us refine our ideas and also gain valuable feedback. This process allowed us to apply the leadership and communication skills we were learning.
I plan to use these skills in future projects and leadership roles to achieve meaningful outcomes. During the camp I learned skills like leadership, goal setting and powerful communication. The action planning activity enhanced my ability to work in teams and strategies complex projects.
Yes, I would recommend Camp Global to other students. The camp offers practical experiences in essential skills and provides teaching through different activities. These elements, make it an excellent environment for personal growth and skill development.
