Hello everyone, I’m Drit Krasniqi and I’m 17. There were a ton of activities that were out during the Camp Global and one of them that really stood out to me was definitely the team building challenge. And you may ask why is that Drit? Well, it definitely help me to grow some important skills especially essential ones towards the leading process and one of them was collaborating with different personalities because each individual has their own perspectives, so what’s a better way to introduce yourself as well as have a better communication with someone that is like minded but also has different opinions and thoughts. So, probably that was the activity that stood out to me the most.
Oh hey there, I didn’t catch you. Well to be honest, there are a ton of skills that I learned and obtained during my time at Camp Global. To be honest I couldn’t even name a few, but here I’mma try my best. Well the two skills that really are impactful in our leadership career are, being a good listener and leading the opportunity to each individual that speaks to be heard, as well as leading and sustaining the conversation. What do I mean by that? Well, there are a ton of opinions and perspectives, but probably finding the best one out of the each group really sets apart the whole community or the crew on working towards that project. So probably, these two characteristics that I just mentioned, being able to lead the chance to everyone who can speak and be open minded as well as probably leading the conversation the best way you can, so that’s it.
To be honest, I can’t tell you much or do you want my real opinion? Well, the experience was extraordinary, I would definitely recommend the Camp Global to other individuals, because what sets American Corner Pristina and the other organizations is definitely the hard working staff as well as the environment, yes, because it has such environment that helps individuals grow both personally and professionally and also one of the characteristics that I would definitely mention is the opportunities that they give during the camp where phenomenal. Because, we had the chance to talk and communicate with top notch leaders as well as expand our network with such minded peers. So, it is definitely really really good camp and I would definitely suggest to you, till next time see you!
