ILC debate is a weekly meeting of people with various backgrounds, nationalities, ages etc. It is an open event, and participants of it are challenged with a topic that they have to talk in front of other participants for two minutes. Afterwards, they debate on a topic that is selected by the  facilitator of the meeting.
