American Corner Pristina will serve as the venue for a series of professional development workshops organized as part of the National Library of Kosovo’s “Data-Driven Decisions” project.
The project will focus on strengthening the Library’s capacity for data-driven reporting and decision-making. The workshops will cover topics including data analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), data visualization, performance measurement, and the development of practical reporting tools and dashboards tailored to the Library’s needs.
The workshops will bring together department directors and division heads involved in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Through practical exercises and hands-on activities, participants will explore how data-driven approaches can be applied to their daily work and institutional decision-making.
