Using Educational Technology in the English Language Classroom is a self-paced course, which is hosted by Canvas Network.

DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to help English language teaching professionals around the world incorporate technology into their classrooms. Learners will acquire basic knowledge and skills in technology through course readings, discussions, and assignments. The course will help participants utilize technology in lesson planning, materials development, feedback, and assessment, and use technology to improve language learning and teaching, as well as professional communication, collaboration, and efficiency by participating in online discussions as well as completing the assignments.

This course has an orientation module and five content modules. Each module will require 3-5 hours of work.

Course Schedule
American Corner Pristina staff is going to host online biweekly meetings on Zoom, and it is expected of you to finish a module per week. The online Zoom discussions will take place every Tuesday and Friday from 17:00-18:00. That way, the whole course will last five weeks in total.

The number of participants is not limited, however, the deadline for registering is May 2, 2020. On May 3, we will send you a detailed email on how to register the course online on Canvas and assignments that should be done prior to our first online meeting, which will be held on May 8, 2020.

In order to earn a certificate and badge, you will need to complete all required activities with a score of 70% or higher.
