English for Law is the third module of the project “English for Specific Purposes”, which aims to provide you (university students and/or people already in employment in the field of Law) with written and oral English language skills in order to build communication skills, critical thinking, and foster leadership. The classes will consist of presentations, negotiations, role-plays and case studies, reading legal texts and many more.

By participating in this module, you will get the English language skills that are needed for a legal career and will prepare and help you for your job and/or postgraduate studies and will also be beneficial for your further career development opportunities. At the end of the module, you will be tested in regard to the material covered throughout the course and upon successful completion you will receive a certificate.

The module will consist of 27 sessions (each session will last 90 minutes), which will be held online via Zoom. The first session will commence on February 22 and the last session will be held on March 30, 2021

Eligibility requirements:
– At the time of application you must be a university student/young professional
– English language proficiency: at least A2
– To be able to attend all the sessions (which will take place every day from Monday to Friday)
