Mari Bodensteiner is a lecturer in the Languages Department at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Recently, she served two years in Laos as a U.S. Department of State English Language Fellow, working on the Lower Mekong Initiative Professional Communication Skills for Leaders project and other regional professional education projects. Mari received her Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Adult and Higher Education from Western Washington University. Having lived and worked in international settings, she strongly believes in the power of the global community.

American English Live: Teacher Development Series 7 began on Thursday, January 16th!
Join us at American Corner Pristina for a series of six Facebook professional development sessions for English language students/teachers around the world. At the end of each session, complete a short quiz to earn a digital badge! Series 7 events take place every other Thursday from January 16th through March 26th, 2020!
Topics will include: TESOL methods, curriculum and course design, and learning through professional networks and communities of practice.
